There is no separate Deepgram API key to manage, no extra line item on your bill, and no setup required beyond selecting Deepgram as your transcriber in the assistant configuration.
This applies to both web calls and phone calls across all Vagle plans.
What this means for you
When you create or edit an assistant, choose Deepgram as the transcriber. That is it. Vagle handles the connection, authentication, and streaming behind the scenes using platform-managed credentials.
You still pay normal Vagle usage credits for call minutes, but the Deepgram transcription component is now covered — previously it required a separate key or incurred a provider surcharge.
